About Our Founder
David Bennett—CEO of Mimic Productions and Mimic Minds - brings more than 30 years of experience in VFX, performance capture, gaming and VR. His pioneering work in facial motion capture contributed to films like Avatar and inspired him to found Mimic Productions in 2012, a studio recognized for creating some of the world’s most realistic digital characters.
